Using the tools

PrintSizer's tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. Process your own images, or images you have the right to use. What you make with them is yours — we claim no rights over your files or your output, ever.

Pro license

PrintSizer Pro is a one-time purchase ($19) handled by Gumroad. One license covers one person across their own devices. It isn't transferable and shouldn't be shared publicly — but installing it on your laptop and your desktop is exactly what it's for. Refunds are handled within 14 days of purchase; email us and we'll sort it out without a fuss.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is". We work hard to make the output correct — sizes, ratios, DPI metadata — but you are responsible for checking files before selling or printing them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, including misprinted orders, lost sales, or fees charged by third-party platforms.

Calculators are guidance

The pricing and fee calculators use published fee schedules and sensible math, but platforms change their fees and your situation may differ. Results are guidance, not financial advice.

Fair use of the site

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or resell access to it. That's the whole list.
