What to include

• Bug reports: your browser, device, and roughly what the image was (dimensions help; the image itself never reaches us, so we can't look it up).
• Pro license issues: the email you used at checkout on Gumroad — we can re-send keys and fix verification hiccups quickly.
• Feature ideas: just tell us the annoying thing you're doing by hand. That's how every tool here started.

We usually reply within a couple of business days.
